Held in the stunning Grade I listed church on Leonard Street, the inaugural Jealous Summer Show offered a truly atmospheric and unique setting for a celebration of contemporary art.

More than just an art exhibition, the event reflected Jealous's ongoing commitment to community engagement. We proudly continued our support for The Big Issue, as well as the Tottenham and Hornsey Food Banks, which we’ve served as a donation drop-off point for over five years. In line with this, free entry was offered to anyone bringing non-perishable food items, helping us support those in need.

The exhibition featured new and previously unseen pieces from a remarkable lineup of artists including Helen Beard, David Shrigley, Sue Arrowsmith, Jake Chapman, Blur X Tony Hung, Jamie Hewlett, Ben Kelly, Miss Bugs, Harry Hill, Charming Baker, Opake, Yinka Shonibare, Antony Micallef, Noel Fielding, Michael Craig-Martin, Ian Davenport, and Lakwena, among many others.

This historic architectural gem provided the perfect backdrop for our distinctive and playful curatorial style, creating a rare opportunity for visitors to experience modern works in a timeless space.
